Basically, its ever-present and always hindering what you need to better your own living conditions.

But does stress have to be that insufferable roommate? Thankfully, the answer is no. However, if we are to take back control of our lives and ward off its impact on our mental health, we must know what it is, what causes it, and what you can do to make stress more manageable.
